Founded in 1982, McCormick Construction Is a family business that passed from father to son. Brett, since he was a little boy, is the 3rd generation to be involved in San Francisco's property management and construction industry. His grandfather, a first generation property owner and manager, developer and construction company began in the 1950's.  For almost 75 years, McCormick Construction has delivered high quality finished projects to homeowners, and property managers alike.
